About Me: After amassing many years of business and sales experience from antique and art sales to owning a landscape design business, I've chosen to be a real estate broker.  It just seemed to make complete sense to me.  With my business history and working with people mixed with my love of architecture, art, design, geography and urban planning, it was a no-brainer.  A SF Bay Area native, I've lived in San Francisco, New York City, Santa Fe and Albuquerque and have lived in Portland since 2005.  After studying art and botany at Chabot and Meritt Colleges in the SF Bay Area, I did a hydraulic engineering apprenticeship with SWA Landscape Architects in Sausalito, CA. After moving to NY, I attended the Fashion Institute of Technology where I studied interior & architectural design. 

My Real Estate Experience: I've been in real estate and a Century 21 broker since 2005.  I am a certified Cartus Relocation/USAA MoversAdvantage specialest. I also specialize in residential real estate throughout Portland Metro from Oregon City to St. Helens and from Corbett to Forest Grove and sometimes beyond.  From rural acreage to condos in the Pearl, I've done it all.  Since becoming a real estate broker, I've gathered a large array of experience in almost every aspect of the industry. To name a few, I've dealt with these types of issues in sales transactions: wells, septic tanks, sump pumps, oil tanks, LP siding, pests, HOA assessments, boundaries, easements, etc.  Also, I've dealt with new construction, multi-family buildings, townhomes, condos, manufactured homes, short sales, foreclosures, etc.  With so many choices of brokers out there, I hope you'll consider my vast experience when making your choice.  When you go with me, you'll experience my pressure-free, easy going, hard working and professional style of business while I work with you to either sell or buy your home.
